Odor: characteristic Use: Kester Wax K30G is a unique very low melting, hard and brittle, powdery wax. It is manufactured by esterification of a special long chain guerbet alcohol with vegetable fatty acids. This synthetic specialty wax remarkably combines hardness and a high molecular weight with a melting point just below body temperature. Its molecules have a remarkable star-like shape consisting of three outward directed alkyl chains of similar length with the ester bond located in the center of the molecule. |
